if you choose to shop here, please be advised of the following terms and conditions.
SELLER'S TERMS
1. place your order when you are ready to pay.
2. there is no holding policy. i may be open to such an arrangement, so e-mail me to discuss. but PLEASE do not expect me to accommodate without question, unless we've transacted before and the time frame is reasonable.
3. i reserve the right to refuse to transact with any buyer
4. if you don't like my policies, prices, or way of selling, you certainly don't have to purchase from me.
as for the customer, you can expect:
1. response to orders and inquiries within 24-48 hours unless the news indicate i will not be available
2. fair description of merchandise condition
3. communication regarding ship out date and/or shipping delays
MERCHANDISE
all merchandise are either official, Japanese-licensed or doujinshi (fanart) import products. as most of the items for sale came from my own collection, they have been handled as collectibles. most were acquired second-hand, but most have been preserved in good, unused condition.
many are limited items, and are hard to acquire outside of Japan. this does not mean i am the sole holder of any item. if you are curious about any item, feel free to ask and I'll fill you in the best I can.
SHIPPING
> DOMESTIC/INTERNATIONAL: I prefer to ship within the United States. i am open to international orders if you are willing to pay the shipping; e-mail me to ask.
> SHIP FEE: all items are listed at a flat-rate ship fee of $4.60 up to 2 lbs. if your order is very small, e-mail me to negotiate an at-cost ship rate.
> TRACKING: all U.S. buyers will be provided with a tracking number for all orders.
> INSURANCE: USPS is pretty reliable, but loss or damage is possible. once shipped, i am not responsible for what happens to the package in transit to you. please let me know if you want to insure your package (starts at $1.65 for $50.00). i WILL insure all orders over $100.
due to my work schedule, i will ship no later than the first Saturday after receiving payment. if possible, i will ship sooner.
RETURNS
all sales are final but if you have major concerns about what you received, please let me know in case we can work something out.
